Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Payments

All successful payments are considered final unless reversed under applicable law or payment provider policies. Refunds are handled by the receiving institution. Ticket9ja Pay is not responsible for institutional refund decisions.

5. Wallet

Organizations are responsible for managing withdrawals from their wallets. Ticket9ja Pay may delay withdrawals for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Commit fraud.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Reverse engineer the platform.
Upload malicious software.
Impersonate another person.
Use the service for unlawful activities.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, logos, graphics, designs, and source code remain the property of Ticket9ja Pay unless otherwise stated.

8. Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Availability

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ticket9ja Pay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ticket9ja Pay from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in Nigeria.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
